Join us on a photo scavenger hunt!

Every day, I will post a new prompt of the object you're "hunting" for the day. These objects are things that can be found around your home. Snap a quick photo (no stock photos please) and then post your 72ppi photo here in this thread. Each photo you post enters you in a drawing for a wonderful prize!

In order to attach a photo to your post, you'll need to click on "Add Reply" (with the green arrow) or "Use Full Editor" from the Fast Reply dialog box. Then, you'll need to look for the Attachments section. Click on "Choose Files" (grey button) to browse to your photo. Then, click "Attach File" (purple button). After that click "Add Reply" to post. I've also included screenshots to help explain.

I'll also keep this thread updated with the prompts so they will be easy to find! Also, don't be discouraged if you didn't start on Day 1. Simply post your photos when you get a chance but keep each photo in a separate post.

Day 1: Purple streamers, purple balloons, purple everywhere because it's an SG party! Show us a photo of something purple.
Day 2: Pin the tail on the donkey. Musical chairs. The best thing about birthday parties are the fun games! Show us a photo of something that can be used to entertain your guests.
Day 3: It's our party and we can cry if we want to but we won't if you show us your smiling face. Post a photo of yourself! Don't be shy!
Day 4: No party is complete without cake, preferably of the chocolate variety! Show us a photo of a sweet treat
Day 5: Don't be a wallflower! Get up & dance! We're taking requests--show us a photo of your favorite song/album. I think here would be the exception to the rule of it being your own photo.
Day 6: It's time to open presents! Oh, you really shouldn't have!! But we're so glad you did! Show us a photo of something you were given as a gift.

I clicked on the "Add Reply" button, but I only get a regular post window - I can't find the grey button that says "Choose Files." I only see the Options and Click to configure post options button. What am I doing wrong? Pleae help. TIA

I am having the same problem. I usually don't have a problem with these, so I can't figure out what is going wrong.

Sure thing Teecee! Are you using the Fast Reply dialog box that is at the bottom of the page? If so, you'll need to click on "Use Full Editor" which is beside the purple "Add Reply" button.

Or, you can use the brown Add Reply button which will take you to the full editor as well.

When you click on the Add Reply button and get to the screen where you can type in your response....underneath where you type will be a section called "Attachments." This is where you can click on Browse button and find your layout, then attach it to the post.

I clicked the green "Add Reply" button next to the "Start New Topic" button. There is nothing at the bottom of the post window except the post options button. When I tried the Use Full Editor button, I got the same window.

Okay. I see--you're missing the Attachments section. I'm going to ask for help with that but in the meantime, you can post your photo to the gallery here and come back to this thread, click on Insert Image (it's 2 boxes to the right of the smiley face) and paste your link into the dialog box. Hopefully this will work

Same here Joyce. Only the "Click to configure post options" button. Nothing else.

That works! It was fine before too. Just try not to post a super huge photo because it will take a LONG time to load, especially for those with lower internet speeds.

Yes! The issue has been fixed now I'll be updating the OP with the original instructions now.
