Help
So I found something on the university on how to do this. It's a stroke. But I can't seem to understand how to pick my item and the empty layer still stays active. When I do that the option to "select,Feather" is turned off like I can't do it. So I try without having a blank layer above my item and it still won't let me select feather!!
Is there another way to make papers look inked on the edges??
Oh yeah I'm using PSE 7 with Windows 7
Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind I figured it out and it looks great too!!! So proud of myself!!! I love this site!! Did I ever mention that before!! I can get all the help I want and the university is so helpful!! thanks to everyone who helps to make this site and forum so wonderful!!

You could also use this handy edging action-ScrapSimple Tools - Actions: Edge It PSE 5001 , together with Dynamic Brush Set: Inky 5001 Aside from inking edges on any shape you choose, this action can also be used with a stitch brush to stitch around edges.
