Search Function Question

I'm sure there must be as way to do this and I'm just missing it! After I do a search in the boutique, if I select an item from the list to see the details and then try to go back to the search results using the back button, I get a screen that says my request is no longer available. Is there a way to get back to search results after viewing individual items? Thanks so much!

When this happens to me, I usually just hit the back button a second time and this takes me back to the last page I had searched from. Maybe someone else will come along with another way. HTH :)

im silly, i search something. When i want to look at something, i open it in a new tab (right click "open in new tab").

then when im done, my search is still sitting where i left it.

Warning though, if you search in any other tab, it becomes the active search :) heheh.

That's what I do too - open the products in new tabs so I dont disturb the search results page. Seems to work the best way for me.

Cary,

What browser are you using? I know in Firefox, it's a pretty simple thing...when you hit "back" after viewing a product page you found in the search, it says:

To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.

It gives you a choice to "resend" or "cancel" and I always choose "resend", which makes my search results show up again.

Thanks for all your responses! I didn't know I could open things in a new tab, how cool is that? I'm using Internet Explorer but think I'll be changing based on Theresa and Brandie's answers. This was driving me crazy so I appreciate all the help!
