Help
We are finally going to be grandparents!! My 2nd oldest is 22 and expecting her first baby!! While we aren't thrilled with her getting the cart before the horse so to speak, we have adjusted to the fact that we met the boyfriend and found out the next day she was expecting! But now we are getting excited that we are going to be grandparents for the first time. My oldest is 27 and still looking for Mr. Right, so she wasn't thrilled at first her sister beat her to it since she decided to follow God's plan for a family. But she's excited now too!!

Congratulations!!! I know my parents weren't thrilled when my sister had a baby before marriage at about the same age. And I wasn't happy either since I was married and didn't have kids yet (I'm older). But we all love the baby and she's now 12 yrs old! Enjoy this time. I can't wait to see the pink or blue layouts!!

Yea, I was real proud of my older daughter. Her first reaction was for Sammie and the new baby it was after it sank in that she had to deal with some of the negative emotions. So I told her that shows her heart for feeling the good first and we all have to deal with the negative sometimes and get over it. She did so quick. She will be a great Aunt, I know!

Congratulations on the coming event. I can tell that you are a family that puts love first, and that is so important. We had a similar situation with my middle daughter, and my granddaughter is 31 now and an absolute joy. I couldn't imagine being without her.
