Inserting Vertical Pictures & Using Inspector Using CM SBCStudio Software

After I rotate the photo box so that it is ready for me to select a vertical picture, the photo box stays vertical but the picture becomes horizontal when I insert it? I can get it to work but I have to use the image sizer. There has to be an easier way. Help!

I also tried to use the Inspector Photo Fill rotate to solve the problem but I could use it at all. What am I not doing correctly?

I think I like the program but I need some more practice. I wish there were more directions available.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

What program are you using? That will help us figure out how to help you.

Sorry I am using Creative Memories new program for the Mac, SbcStudio. At this point, I can't find much help for my problems.
