I wanted to try making a color into a B&W photo but with some color elements, and someone on another forum referred me to this site..

I love the Photo Basics Action for doing partial color. I really like how you can adjust the opacity of the black and white, sepia or chocoate (depending on the one you used) to lessen the effect. I have Brandy's action too, but I haven't had a chance to play with it.

I haven't gotten to play around with any of the SG brushes, actions, etc..I'm not really good at Photoshop and am a bit lost. I just thought I'd share..

Thanks, Jenny - I played around with it a bit and it is a pretty cool application - it's easy - it's certainly fast and I think it's great if you don't use some of the SG things - I liked playing around with it.

I took a look, too, Jenny. It was a lot of fun to play with. Use the software you are comfortable with. I know Photoshop can be intimidating at first.
