I Can't See The Top Bar Of My Open Project... Screen shot attached

Ok. I'm not sure how to ask this, because I'm not sure what to call things. I'm new to PS (former PSE6) I hope I attached the thumbnail correctly. I'm kind of rusty!!

When I open a document, the first one (as shown) is under a bar which prevents me from accessing the top "bar" (where the minimize/close etc is). I cannot grab the top to move it, close it or anything. Clear as mud?

Any thoughts/suggestions/help is appreciated! Thanks in advance! :D

Conda, your picture is perfectly clear, and very helpful. The clue is the small dark block at the left edge of the toolbar that's in the way. It indicates it's NOT docked, so images can be "under" it. Grab the block and carefully with raising the toolbar and letting go. When you get it right, it will be docked, and your image will be displayed down from the toolbar. Hope this helps.
