Loading Brushes Pse8 Windows 7

I just got a new computer with Windows 7 and PSE8. I have moved all my brushes from my XP computer over to the new computer but can anyone tell me how I should load them?

Well I follow Ro's system and don't load them. Maybe just a few that I really use all the time. Just organize and store them somewhere on you computer. (preferably an easy location to click to quickly, like desktop) Then just go get the one you need when you need it. This way PSE doesn't have to load them all every time you open it.
