I had an hour of ballet class last night, too. She made us sweat yesterday, and my legs feel like rubber this morning which will make that treadmill run this morning very interesting.

I just did 1.5 miles on my treadmill early this morning - supposed to be nice and warm here today so I am hoping to walk outside too.

Done for today... 2 miles on the treadmill and 25 minutes of Kettlebells.
And hoping to finish up work early today and do some power-shopping!

The weather has been so lovely this week, I've actually gone out for 2 walks in the park
One Wednesday night, and one last night. Both nights were about 2.5 miles. I'll try walking every evening as long as the weather cooperates

I went out walking earlier, but it was icy, so I cut it short. I probably went almost a mile and a half. I'm sure it is all defrosted now- but I did a Chalean Extreme workout too.

Yesterday the only exercise I got in was some power-walking at the mall. Which isn't saying much, because it's a rather dinky mall. I have so much that needs to get done this weekend that I skipped out on my workout yesterday. I'm falling into some bad habits with that, and I feel guilty about it.
This coming week I'm going to make a better effort to keep up with my normal planned workout schedule. It's going to be tough - the kids are home with me Monday and Tuesday. The girls have doctor appointments on Monday which means the normal time I get my workout in will have to be changed. Which means getting all my Newsletter work in on Monday will be difficult too. And then on Friday, I have plans to meet Elisha (elibar) for lunch in Hershey... so I have to really get my butt in gear and work ahead this week. Wish me luck!

4.5 miles today...much slower though then yesterday (got 4 in right at an hour) because I took Justin with me. But that's ok..i'll gladly trade a little slower time for a nice long walk out with one or both of the boys
