Got my two miles on the treadmill in today. And did 25 minutes of Kettlebells. I should probably go out and shovel here in a bit, too. That counts as exercise, right?

I only got a mile in yesterday. I got distracted in Photoshop early in the morning, and before I knew it, it was almost 9am and no workout! That's a very late start for me, so I cut the treadmill time short.

But I got a lot of other things done that needed to be done. Gonna get back on the treadmill today. I think I'm getting rather bored with it actually, and I need to find a way to keep it interesting. Might try reading on my Kindle with it today.

Today I walked/jogged for 2 miles at a 2% incline the entire time. I jogged for about half of it. Also did 25 minutes of Kettlebells this morning, too.
April, if your husband finds a way, you must share! I've had my Kindle for a week... I got really into the book I was reading today that I caught myself trying to turn the pages! LOL!
