Hi my fellow Weight Watchers! After lots of reading this weekend, I started counting my points today. I did pretty good (it's always easy in the beginning!), ate lots of salad, fruit and yogurt. I even walked during dd's softball practice, so I got an activity point.
Not a bad start...how are you doing?

I have not joined up so far this year. I really must get going. Trying to follow the points system though. Lost a lot of weight last year. I know it will all go well with you. Hugs.
