Great job Joyce and Brenda!

I went way over my points yesterday, it was the darn rice at Panda Express that started it! Then last night I had a minor migraine which gives me the munchies. I didn't do horrible, just ate more then I should have. I suppose that's why we have the extra weekly points, though.

Amy, it helps me, too, knowing I'll be reporting back to you gals. :)

Joyce, YAY for your loss! :party-smiley-048: I was sooo close to goal years ago. I plan to get there this time. And get that lifetime status!

Brenda, that's awesome! :party-smiley-048:

Melanie, at least you decided to calculate what those points were. Sorry about the migraine, though. Ugh!

I just finished off a banana/milk/ice/tbsp of choc pudding mix shake. Yum!

I know some people don't check the scale daily...but I do. :scale: I do the official weigh-in at the WW meeting site, but I still check mine out. It's being really friendly lately. lol

Don't know what's for dinner yet. Might have to buy a few groceries today.

I am planning on burgers for dinner, but dh comes home today and will be home all week, so it will be a test this week I am sure. He says he wants to do this and lose weight, but he is not real good with the follow through!

I've been more or less lurking on this thread. It inspired me to go back to WW. I am a lifetime member, but I opted to do it on the web. I started Wednesday, and as of this morning I am down 1.5 pounds. It always comes off fast the first week. I'm still getting used to the new points system, but I do like keeping track of everything on the internet.

:2468who-do-we-appreciate: Cheers for all of you who are working on controlling your weight. :2468who-do-we-appreciate:

Great job Joyce! Take the losses any way you can get them!

I still have 8 daily points left and I've already finished dinner. That's enough for a bowl of chocolate cherrios with milk and maybe a skinny cow.

I still have 5 points...gotta decide what to enjoy them on. :giggle_bear:

Hang in there, Melanie. Do you do the cooking? If so, make points friendly meals with extra veggies that he can fill up on if he needs to.

Yes, I do the cooking. The meals aren't really the problem, he's a snacker and doesn't like to snack alone. He's actually very supportive, it's just easier to throw something together for the kids and then make myself a salad when he is gone It's not realistic, though for a long term solution. There were several recipes in the cook book he liked, I'll just have to ask him again which ones they were.

Brenda, I really like Chocolate Cheerios, I'll have to remember those for a snack!

I used every single point today. We had lean cuisine shrimp dinners tonight and they were very good. Had crescent rolls with mine which used up the rest of my points. DH had Texas Toast with his, the stinker. I'm still trying to get used to the idea of fruits being free. Melanie, we all have to slip now and then. I'm giving up cokes for Lent, so that's 3 points a day I'll have for other things.
