I'm checking in for today... 2 miles done on the treadmill at a 3% incline the entire time. I'm going to try to get outside later today and walk again, but depends on how fast I get tomorrow's Newsletter finished.
And can I share a super-happy moment??? I'm down 2.6 pounds from last week!!! That puts me at a total weight loss of 17.2 pounds so far this year! And just 10 pounds shy of my first mini-goal to hit by my birthday on May 1st! I think I'm going to make it!
On Tuesday, I'm stepping it up a notch and starting Beachbody's ChaLEAN Extreme program. I'm still going to try and get my walk in every day, though. It may just be a more casual one.
