You're so encouraging Becca!

I did a lot yesterday - after doing the 2mi walking workout with the online Leslie Sansone videos, dd wanted to go for a walk outside (it was a nice pre-spring day). She took her little scooter and I let her lead the way. She led me up the biggest hill in town and down the other side to take the long way home. It must have been 4-5mi for sure. My legs were like jelly when we finally made it home.

Now I have a head cold coming on. My head feels like a bowling ball. Hopefully it doesn't get too bad.

Hope everyone has a good week! Congrats to you ladies who are seeing such great results!

Sarah...great walk, I should be able to get outside and do my outdoor 4-5 mile walk the rest of the week
Tonya...I had that same cold from Friday, it made it so hard to get out there and do anything, hope you feel better

I didn't walk today. I probably should have for multiple reasons, but the school called and Josh ended up needing to be picked up because he got sick. And I wasn't keen on the idea of leaving him alone in the house while I went out for a walk. And the treadmill just wouldn't have cut it today... I needed to de-stress and unwind, and for some reason, that only works when I hit the roads outside.

I did not get out today. Such a shame, cause it's so gorgeous! Might have to drag the kids to the track tomorrow so I can get in a mile.

I walked 1.9 miles today, and then did 10 minutes of Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD. The sun peeked through the clouds today, so it's starting to warm back up!!

I didn't walk yesterday, but I did start ChaLEAN Extreme!

I hope it stops raining for awhile today, so I can get out and walk today. My stress-level is at an all-time high right now, and I feel like I'm going to snap in two.

I might need you guys to give me a gentle push this week if I go quiet on here. I'm so focused on what's going on at home that I may forget that taking care of me is just as important.

I've had to remind myself that several times within the last few month...but your right, you need to take time to take care of yourself also. If nothing more, just a stress release walk.

I got a little over 2 miles in today and bowflex. I'll get a couple more miles in tonight with the boys

After a few days off I went to the 5:30 am step class at the gym. Lots of friends there who I haven't seen in a year or so. I really like getting it done early like that.

This week is almost over! I got in another 2mi walking workout yesterday. I'm loving those Leslie Sansone videos. My head cold is pretty much gone, thankfully it didn't last too long.
