I think the exercise will be restricted to indoor activities for a couple days until Spring comes back.

I did a lot yesterday - after doing the 2mi walking workout with the online Leslie Sansone videos, dd wanted to go for a walk outside (it was a nice pre-spring day). She took her little scooter and I let her lead the way. She led me up the biggest hill in town and down the other side to take the long way home. It must have been 4-5mi for sure. My legs were like jelly when we finally made it home.
Now I have a head cold coming on. My head feels like a bowling ball. Hopefully it doesn't get too bad.

Sarah...great walk, I should be able to get outside and do my outdoor 4-5 mile walk the rest of the week
Tonya...I had that same cold from Friday, it made it so hard to get out there and do anything, hope you feel better
got my 2 miles down on my treadmill and bowflex workout in

I hope it stops raining for awhile today, so I can get out and walk today. My stress-level is at an all-time high right now, and I feel like I'm going to snap in two.
I might need you guys to give me a gentle push this week if I go quiet on here. I'm so focused on what's going on at home that I may forget that taking care of me is just as important.

I did the 2mi walking workout this evening. My head cold was too bad Mon and Tues to do anything. It felt good this evening to get moving!

Got ChaLEAN done this morning, and I'll be heading out to ballet in about an hour.
I didn't get out to walk today, but I'll definitely be out tomorrow. It's supposed to be another gorgeous day here!
