Yesterday was Burn Intervals & Ab Burner in the morning and walked two miles in the afternoon! What a truly beautiful afternoon it was! Love this weather!
Today, I have ChaLEAN BC3 to do and I'm hoping to squeeze another walk in later today. Have a great weekend, everyone!

Yesterday I did a short 1mi walk on the treadmill. Better than nothing I guess. Not sure what I'll get in today. Its a cold snowy day here and I feel like cuddling on the couch with a blanket

You are all doing so great! 1 mile IS better then nothing, Tonya. That's what I was telling myself on Wednesday.
Walked 2.5 miles yesterday and 4 miles today.

I haven't gone out for a walk yet. My cousin is supposed to come over sometime this afternoon to bring me her cat that I will be watching for the week. SO I'm kinda homebound waiting for her to show up. I hope to get a walk in this evening though.

I didn't get anything in yesterday - unless you counting walking while shopping. Today I did 3mi on the treadmill. It's been a pretty good week!

I slacked off this weekend. No walking at all. The gorgeous weather on Thursday and Friday made it so hard to put on my heavy coat and head out in the near freezing temperatures those two days. But I was active though! I did ChaLEAN both days over the weekend, so that counts for something, right?
