Hey Folks! I need some advice on the LO I made for my husband for Valentine's Day. Yes, I know it's a little late. ;-) The file for the first one ended up corrupt before I could print it.

I want to label each of the pictures, but I'm not sure what I have is legible. I'm also trying to avoid adding more "stuff" like tags because it's getting pretty crowded. Do you know of a way to adjust the background so the text pops without ruining the picture?

Any other CC is welcome as well. Thanks!

Monica

What about a stroke outline? Something that contrasts with the photo. .

I can see the text as it is - and I like what you've done. A stroke in a contrasting color is a good idea, as Belle says. You might also like to try an outer glow, if you want a more subtle look.

Great layout - and great gift!

I can read it too. Just wondering how it would look a different color(brighter shade maybe) than what it is also...

I can also read it. Great layout, I really like the flowers and swirls! Have you tried using a lighter color on some of the darker photos, even white text? Just a thought! I really like what you have done with it!!

What a sweet layout. The text seems to show up pretty well for me.

I love all the photos you used and I can read the text also, maybe like others mentioned altering the color of it a bit? We are having a UFO Chat on Weds if you want a designers input you just need to upload it and come to the chat and see what ideas she may have too? I will post the info later today watch the chats/challenges thread in the MB.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I wound up just making the font Bold and I like it better. Here's the LO in the gallery Valentine's Day 2011
