Transfer Settings From Cs5 On One Computer To Another

Okay, so I am super excited that we just purchased a new iMac last week. I got CS5 installed on it and decided to sit down and scrap for awhile today. When I opened it, I realized that I have the CS5 on my Macbook customized so that everything is exactly where I want it. For example, Actions and Fonts on a shortcut tab on the right, all of the most common Styles I use loaded, the presets for a new page (whether 12x12 or 24x12) already set up. Is there some way to save these settings and transfer them to the CS5 on the iMac? Or do I have to re-customize it all? (I hope not, I don't even remember how I got some of it set up!) Hope my question is clear and TIA.
