I Almost Skipped The Weigh-in Today. So Glad I Went!

Hey. I haven't been diligent the past 2 weeks, so I decided not to go to the meeting site for the weigh-in. I figured I had gained between 1 and 2 pounds over the 2 weeks.

But...I made myself jump in the shower and get to the site. Mostly-wet hair and all. lol

I was so surprised that I had lost! 1.2lbs. Oh, thanks Dot. I REMOVED 1.2lbs. lol I like that. :daisy:

So, I'm at 11.4lbs REMOVED.

Yay!

Now to track it ALL this week!

And NOT eat any Little Debbie Easter brownies! :blink:

Oh, when I entered my weight, I got this message:
You lost again this week! Congratulations, and keep doing exactly what you’re doing!

Um, no. I ate too much junk and didn't track. I guess I was doing it with WW in my mind though. I *could* have had even more junk. Uck. I planned my meals properly. Not the snacks, though.

Oh! They had the points calculators today! :dancingstickman: I also bought a box of vanilla smoothie mix. It was on sale, so I thought I'd try it.

Great, Charlene. It's so nice to get that good news. I weighed in this morning and lost 1 pound. That's typical of what I've been doing.

Way to go Joyce and Charlene! I haven't been tracking very well this week-ugh! But the good thing is that I don't have too much junk food in the house, so as long as I stay home, I can't get into too much trouble :disappearing-smilie:

I was talking to my sis about the new plan. Her trainer has her tracking calories, but she is going to ask him if tracking via WW would be easier. She was asking me how many points she would get. Does anyone know where to find that online? I know when I first signed on I entered my info, but I can't find that spot now.

Here is the Online Calculator....hope that's what you mean.

Yeah for us all! So glad to hear we are all doing well. I am back on track this week. We just finished dinner and I still have 7 points left! That's a skinny cow treat and maybe some chocolate cherrios, or goldfish crackers. MMMM I'll have to decide!
