Walking (and Fitness) Club May 8-14

Yesterday, I didn't get a walk in, but the boys did have a 3 hour baseball practice and I helped chase balls around for that time. So I did get plenty of exercise in. LOL
Today we did a nice 4 mile "family" walk before it got to warm out. And I have plans to help practice some baseball today. Should be an active day!

I do mow the lawn and get out in the garden alot and I guess that's exercise too!??

I used to have a stationary bike that I absolutely loved! It was small and it folded to be put away ... It didn't have alot of bells and whistles but the repititions were all I was really interested in anyway and I really lost some inches using that bike. Would love to have another fold up exercise bike but haven't been able to find one. If anyone knows where I can get one please let me know. Muah!!!!!

Most of them are pretty fancy........I have a fancy, smancy one in the basement but it just takes up too much room upstairs and I like to pedal while I watch tv - that way I have no idea how long I've been pedaling!!!! LOL If I look at a clock, I don't do it! And Rich goes to the gym four times a week, which doesn't interest me too much - I'm not at all "gym inclined" - LOL LOL

Last night I dusted off my Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred DVD and did Level 1. I forgot how hard it was!! And oh my, I am sore today!!

So far this week I did 1 hr h2o aerobics and 30 minute walk Monday and a 30 minute walk today. I am pulling my weights out tonight and working on some specific routines that I have done in the past.
