I'm finding my workouts more difficult, even indoors in the AC, with the heat. I just feel icky when I'm that hot and sweaty. (Have I mentioned I LIKE winter? It's true!)
Anyway, Chalene's Burn Intervals done today, Push Circuit 2 and Ab workout yesterday. Whew!

I didn't get out walking or to the gym yesterday, but I did put on my pedometer while I cleaned for several hours last night (that is why I schedule things at my house- makes me get things I'm avoiding done) and I burned 600 calories. I didn't check the miles before midnight, when it re-set, but it was 4 1/2 the last time I looked. I'm sore today too. ;)

This looks a good thread to join in for encouragement to exercise. I keep telling myself I should be doing more than what I do.
I have DVDs of Praise Moves that my daughter gave me and also bought a DVD on Walking a Mile which I have done on and off but need to use it regularly. Then recently bought a Zumba DVD. I plan on alternating these different forms of exercise once a day. Just need to put that plan into action.

I am trying to lose weight which may not be easy as winter has just started here Down Under. This last week I lost 400grams

I did manage to do about 15 minutes of Zumba yesterday - but my heart wasn't in it, so really can't call it much of an accomplishment! BUT, I did it! It's hard! But, fun!

I didn't get my walk in yesterday, because just as I finished mowing the grass it started to pour. But I did get the yard mowed, and that's a bit of exercise right there

Your're darn tootin' it is! Mowing the lawn should be worth at least 5 miles of walking! Whew! Right now, we've put weed and feed on our lawn so it can't be mowed for a few more days - great excuse, huh?
WTG Angie!
