Lei: The hardest parts might be the jumping jacks or the jump rope, but you could probably just walk in place if you need to, which is what I sometimes do. Just as long as you keep moving to keep the heart rate up.
Basically here is how the DVDs are arranged:
3 levels, increasing in difficulty.
Each level has a 2-minute warm up, three 6-min circuits (which include 3-min strength, 2-min cardio, and 1-min abs), and then a 2-minute cool down.
She has a high-intensity assistant, and a modified lower-intensity assistant. I'm usually somewhere in between.
These are pretty easy to modify for your own fitness level and situation. Except I always feel guilty when Jillian yells at me

"It's only 20 minutes, so push yourself!"
Angie...your story about hubby makes me laugh!! At our Target, the fitness section is directly across from the junk food aisles, so it's very tempting.
