30-day Shred Challenge Is Back Starting Monday May 16th

AC, we have others doing non-Shred exercising:) Join us with whatever form of exercise works for you. I think the only "rule" is we're trying to exercise every day for 30 days. The Shred workouts are all 20 minutes in length, so shoot for at least that amount of time. Join us!

That counts!! The point of this is really just to dedicate yourself to 30 straight days of physical activity, with a great support system among friends. I will add you to my list & the check-in chart.

1. If walking/cycling is good for your health, the postman would be immortal.
2. A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water and is fat.
3. A rabbit runs and hops and only lives 15 years.
4. A tortoise doesn't run, does nothing ..yet lives for 450 years.
AND YOU TELL ME TO EXERCISE!
I want to be a tortoise.
