As I was on the floor doing my crunches, Noelle decided to join me. She started licking my hair, kneading her paws through my head, and then wrapped her body around my head. It made exercising a little tricky!! I know this is a icky quality cell photo, but it's pretty funny:

Cats are so funny - I guess she figured that since you were on the floor that it was time to curl up with you and go to sleep - my Hannah-cat has this time clock in her head that at 10pm we simply HAVE to go to bed and somehow she knows and comes and very loudly meows and meows at us telling us "isn't it time we were all in bed"?

I don't know how long our hike was on Saturday. It was hilly and muddy, but we couldn't go very fast because it wasn't a good trail...not an established trail. I didn't end up working out at all yesterday. I was just too tired!
But today, Buddy and I walked for over an hour. It is just way to nice to be inside today. I got a good workout in!

Day 5 (Friday) - did not do any workout, hubby wanted to go out...so, we did
Day 6 (Saturday) - did not do the workout, but for 2 and half hours in the morning I was outside doing yard work, then went inside to do some cleaning....I tell you, that was more than what I do when I workout, hahaha!-
Day 7 (Sunday) - did a the 30 minute Work & Kick part of my workout video. It's the regular walking stuff but she included some kick boxing kind of steps. So, no weights involved.
Day 8 (Monday) - just finished the 20 minute walk video with 2 lbs weight.
I think I am all caught up

Day 9 is done plus a 3 mile walk. I took it easy on the boys, as I remember what those first few days of walking 5 miles a day were like, especially when I worked up to it. So today we did a nice, slower 3 miles talk/walk session

As for endurance...i've noticed my big improvement in the squat/punch type of movements. When I started I could barely squat..and man it hurt. LOL I felt like my knees where barely bent. Now I can squat almost to where I could be sitting in a chair and last for the whole time. I hurts, but I can do it. My husband just shakes his head at me as he walks through the room.
It's convenient how he always has to get ready to go to work when I start the workout..lol He did do it with my once, but after the fact told me if Jillian really wanted men to work out along with her then she would of picked at least 1 partner that was a little larger in the chest..and that would keep men interested. Men!!
