Walking And Fitness Club...question For Everyone

I know alot of us are doing the 30 day Shred challenge also (see the post Here about this) Basically we are just challenging each other to do some type of exercise for 20min a day for 30 days. Alot of us are doing the Jillian Michaels Shred video's, but others are doing walking or other types of exercise.

My question is...with that thread going on and everyone checking in there do we want to keep this thread alive also for the next month? Or kind of let it lie low for a bit and just check in over there?

And for those that are participating...don't forget to check in Here for day one.

Everyone is welcome to join our 30-Day Shred group, if you prefer checking-in daily that way. Just let me know and I'll add more lines to our chart :)

Jillian's exercise program about killed my ribs so I'm going back to my regular walking/jogging routine, I think. But I could sure use being held accountable for that! I didn't "sign-up" on the other thread cause I really didn't know how I would do until I did it several times.......ack!

Well, I'm happy now - thanks for putting on that wonderful, pretty chart you made! Gosh, you did a great job with that!

I really do have to be held accountable - I did my walk/jog today - only 2 miles though cause I am honestly sore from trying to do that video that you all are doing so well. The jumping jacks almost killed my poor achy breaky ribs...........

I just came on here to say I only walked one day last week and It's been raining so much here that I haven't gone out at all this week yet. It's dry right now. Maybe I should head out the door!

I think I will join the 30 day shred. But I'll just be walking.
