- You must exercise each day of the 30 challenge (6 Days per week- we are taking Sunday off this round) for at least 20 minutes. Angie and I are following The original Biggest Loser DVD, but feel free to use any you have on hand; Jillian's 30 Day Shred, Chalean or you can do any exercise you like, DVD, walk, bike ride, swim or gym.
- You must check in to the check in thread each day to get checked off and your progress charted.
- If you miss a day you can make it up on Sunday, you just have to let me know you did it so I can make sure your chart is correct.
- Feel free to moan and groan..we all do..LOL
If you want to join in please respond to this thread by Monday so I can get the chart made.
PS..it is a good idea to weigh and measure yourself before you start so you can see your own progress. There is no need to share this with the group, it's just for your own benefit. It is always encouraging to see progress.
