Help
I was going to add this to our 30 day shred post..but I thought it might get lost. I'm getting ready to start working on a fitness kit. This is something I've wanted to do for awhile and after a few request landing in my inbox I decided what better time then now. And I know Brandy has planned something fitness related also, once she gets some other commitments done.
My question is what all would you like to see in a kit like this. There's no silly ideas or suggestion...I am open to anything. I have in my mind things I know will work and I want to put in it, but i'm sure there's things I might be missing. So any ideas, quotes, etc just throw them out there and I'll see what I can do.

Sounds great, Angie. One thing I'd like is to see some yoga-related items.
I'll keep thinking, though. Some "healthy" quotes about taking care of yourself might be nice, too.

Angie, how about some silly faces - kind of cartoony faces (similar to the ones Ro does) of grimacing, sweating, etc....and one of frustration and then of success! Yay! I did it! kind of face?

Exactly what I meant Jaymee, but you said it much more eloquently!
I'd like to see things like excercising and fitness in the context of Health and kindness towards yourself and your body, not just for weight loss and physical appearance....
Which I know it is, but it feels nicer when you can be doing it as a taking care of yourself! I hope I said that right...

That's the direction I was wanting to take my kit. Not just exercise and fitness...but also about the journey we take to get there. Can't wait to start on this..have a few cd's to burn and have to get my cardio in, but then it's all "design" time
