Mine is coming off slowly, but sticking to the daily shred challenge has really helped me with accountability. My doc high fived me Tuesday for losing three pounds since my checkup a month ago.

I am doing....t.e.r.r.i.b.l.e! No loss and, in fact, I found three pounds which I thought I had removed permanently. Ugh, it's not actually funny. I know I haven't been drinking enough, so I am going to concentrate on that.

Dot, I know drinking enough water is important. I drink a lot of coffee morning and evening, but try to drink lots of water throughout the day.
