I finally reached my goal weight. Those last couple of pounds were tough. Now comes the hard part for me - maintenance. It upped my daily points by 5, and that seems like a lot to me, so I'm going to move cautiously. How is everyone doing this week?

Way to go Joyce!! I am still almost 15 lbs. from my goal weight and the lbs are coming off slow. But I am glad they are still coming off. I was wondering how I would switch it up when reaching my goal. I haven't been anywhere close in years!!

Mine is coming off slowly, but sticking to the daily shred challenge has really helped me with accountability. My doc high fived me Tuesday for losing three pounds since my checkup a month ago.

Congratulations, Joyce, and thanks for the reminder/encouragement to stay on plan myself. I was stalled, but recommitted myself last week, and feel like I am progressing again. It's oh so slow, but still feels good. I keep reminding myself "nothing tastes as good as thin feels."

They say it's better to lose it slowly, but I know it can be frustrating to go slowly. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations, Joyce! You are a true inspiration!!!!! You have to keep us posted on maintenance. I know that you will be successful on it.

I am doing....t.e.r.r.i.b.l.e! No loss and, in fact, I found three pounds which I thought I had removed permanently. Ugh, it's not actually funny. I know I haven't been drinking enough, so I am going to concentrate on that.

Dot, I know drinking enough water is important. I drink a lot of coffee morning and evening, but try to drink lots of water throughout the day.
