I am SOOOOOO in! I had to pass last month because of some tests I was having and a few little tiny health issues............so I have to catch up! I have been running as much as I can in this heat but it would have been so much easier had I been accountable.

Ohhhhh, this sounds like it's exactly what I need! I am soooooo out of shape and have been wanting to get back to exercising regularly. Somehow I missed the last round so please count me in for this time!

oh I need this soooo badly, summer is only.....3 months away... I walk almost three to four times a week, weather down here permitting but will have to have a think about what else I can do....surely I can come up with 20mins a day, LOL.

I lost 11kg last year and starting to put it back on!!! just bought a new pair of walking shoes and have been for a walk today and with summer coming its ideal

I am pumped to go this round! I just weighed in from last week and had lost 3 lbs. (a total of 6 over the two shreds...but most of it came off in July.) And over the shred month I lost 3 inches! I am so thankful for all of you and your accountability! Let's go at it again!
