Somehow I managed to get in 32 situps a few minutes ago and did 20 minutes on my bike - it was great when I finished - I had no energy when I started and felt much better afterwards - two hours of sleep last night is just not enough on which to run - (literally speaking) - the run will have to wait!

You can sign me up for this round. I have not exercised at all since messing up my back and I'm thinking I'm in a worse place than when I started last month's shred. Back is feeling better so it's time to get back on track (or treadmill in my case). I'm hoping the third try is a charm.

A big :thankyou: to Brandy and Angie for the great surprise of goodies in my inbox! I felt undeserving because I didn't even make it to the halfway point last time, but I will make up for it this time and can't wait to create something cool with it!

Woo hoo!

Before Monday if you can, it would be a good idea to weigh in and do your measurements so you can keep track of your journey.

I didn't do measurements in the last rounds so I am running off to get a tape measure tomorrow. I think it is important. Angie told us in the last round that there were weeks she didn't lose any weight, but she did lose inches and that is a huge helping of motivation. :scale:

sorry I haven't been around much gals...Gary got home from his 10 day trip to Oregon and we've been doing alot with the boys the last few days. I have you all down and plan on updating posting the chart tomorrow, so you can verify that I got you all on it.

Yes, it's a great idea to weigh/measure. There would be times that I would loose very little or nothing in a week, but I would loose a few inches. So it's a great motivation. The one thing I do with inches though, is I measure every 2 weeks.

We're almost to day 1...it's great to see so many new faces this time around. Just a reminder, when you check in can you also put what day of the week your checking in on. It will make it easier when updating the chart.
