I didn't do measurements in the last rounds so I am running off to get a tape measure tomorrow. I think it is important. Angie told us in the last round that there were weeks she didn't lose any weight, but she did lose inches and that is a huge helping of motivation.

Yes, it's a great idea to weigh/measure. There would be times that I would loose very little or nothing in a week, but I would loose a few inches. So it's a great motivation. The one thing I do with inches though, is I measure every 2 weeks.
We're almost to day 1...it's great to see so many new faces this time around. Just a reminder, when you check in can you also put what day of the week your checking in on. It will make it easier when updating the chart.

it will be great to be accountable to someone, or someonessss, that's what usually does it for me, so Angie, thanks for this, I will make my check in day a sunday as it's the easiest day for me to be around.
