I love the idea of sharing eating healthy tips. I must say I am the worst at knowing what to eat. My biggest thing is I don't eat. I have a coffee for breakfast, tea and water the rest of the day until supper and then I eat enough for two. LOL! I am so buy on the computer,with the kids, errands, and just plain not hungry and if I do think about it, I just want something quick. Like a cheese stick. I did buy some fruit last week and made myself eat a piece here and there while we were moving.
Has anyone tried tan and tone? I am thinking about doing the toning tables for my exercise. That will count won't it? I have fibro and have an issue working out and honestly even walking.
Looking forward to getting started tomorrow!
