I love the idea of sharing eating healthy tips. I must say I am the worst at knowing what to eat. My biggest thing is I don't eat. I have a coffee for breakfast, tea and water the rest of the day until supper and then I eat enough for two. LOL! I am so buy on the computer,with the kids, errands, and just plain not hungry and if I do think about it, I just want something quick. Like a cheese stick. I did buy some fruit last week and made myself eat a piece here and there while we were moving.

Has anyone tried tan and tone? I am thinking about doing the toning tables for my exercise. That will count won't it? I have fibro and have an issue working out and honestly even walking.

Looking forward to getting started tomorrow!

Hi Joann!! Glad to have you join us :) All you do is exercise for at least 20 minutes a day, then come to this thread and post when you are finished.

Well I am excited to start the new challenge tomorrow. I did a LO of my weight loss up until today. My Weight Loss Journey. While I hate pics of myself, I am thrilled with the results I am getting. I just need a new do. ha ha

Hi gals! Angie, could you please add me? Life is really crazy with starting a new job, so I thought I might sit this one out. Upon further refleciton, I realized that if I didn't make fitness a priority right off the blocks, then it would be really hard to work it in later. Today has been the first day of the entire vacation that I didn't do any walking! And tomorrow I spend most of the day either in a car, airport, or airplane. Blahhhh...

We are scheduled to get home to STL around 6:30...so I'll get to my apartment around 8. I might have time to do TurboJam when I get home :) Otherwise I'll make up my Monday workout on Tuesday.

So....is it too late for this month? If so, I will jump on next month, but I think I will do the weight and measurements now anyway. I am not proud to say that today I reached a new, all time high for weight. Ugh.

Got the two collections in the meantime! Ready. Cleared out the treadmill area and recumbent bike.

I'm so ready to start today!

My shoulder appears to be all healed up now (finally!), so I'm going to start back up with ChaLEAN this morning. That program gave me the best results out of anything I've tried, and it's time to get serious again.

For my fellow ChaLEAN gals, I have a question... Do you use weights or resistance bands?

I'd really like to get back into this time using the bands, but I had a heck of a time figuring out how to do it the first go-round with ChaLEAN. Any tips?

Monday is done for me!! 32 minute walk. Tomorrow I will add a video in addition to my workout. I will plan to do this 3x week to start.

I started yesterday which was sunday for us as I work a 15hr day today( monday) and just got home so no chance of extra exercise but must have covered a few miles walking to day on the wards :) yasterday I walked 3kms on the beach. Was going to walk further but we had a terrific rainstorm so gave up :)
I just hope my check-ins match with yours cause of the time difference. Well done Lei and Sarah.
