Yay! I just spent 25 minutes with Wii Fit doing some of each: balance, yoga, strength and aerobics exercises. (I managed to Break a few records too. Woo Hoo!)

My pastor (aka the boss!) called me while I was riding, and I talked to her and ended up going 5 minutes more than I'd planned.

well done to everyone.
I managed a run with some stairs involved on sunday and yesterday, being monday down here, managed to get in a 25 minute walk. hoping for the same today. I try and squeeze it in between getting home from work and picking the kids up from school.

I did get another 1 1/2 miles in tonight while the boys were at football practice. Now i'm exhausted and i'm going to bed!

However, I did put on a pedometer and walked 9,715 steps at camp. Many of those were done while pulling a wagon load of drink jugs (15-18 gallons of water/gatorade!), carrying tables, etc. My legs ache--it'll be a 2 Advil night!
