And you know how I was bummed that I gained 2 pounds this past week?
Well, one of the members told me this...
"The average loss in Phase1 is usually around 10% of the amount of weight you are trying to lose."
Since I only need to lose 20 pounds to get to my goal, 10% would be 2 pounds. I had a 3 pound weight loss in Phase 1, which means I am average So I don't have to be as frustrated about it. She also said that it might be water weight as my body tries to adjust. She said that I need to just stick with the plan. I should see about losses of 1/2 to 1 pound a week as I continue with Phase 2. Yay!
Awesome!! I'm guessing that advice/info alone makes the membership worth every penny (and then some:)
