Mel13
I just installed a Spyder 3 Express to help me calibrate my laptop monitor colors. But before it even lets me calibrate, it says I should set my color temperature to 6500K. Well, my Dell laptop is default set to 9300K. I called tech support but they have no idea how to change it. Has anyone used a Spyder on a Dell laptop? Does it still work, or is it useless if I can't set the color temperature right to begin with? Thanks everyone! Really nice explanation Aggie, thanks for the link. I have the spyder3 and have used it, but need to recalibrate. Except I just kept hitting the defaults too. mimes1
I have one too and haven't used it in forever. Maybe I should recalibrate too.
