2cats4me
Help! When I am cropping a picture and want to "nudge" with the arrows, is there a way to keep the position on the left and still be able to nudge to the right without moving the left side position? I hope this makes sense. If not, I will try to more clear what I am wanting to do.
PBarnes
If you are using the Crop tool, you can grab any side and move it in or out. Click on the dot at the center of any side with your mouse and move it. You do have to make sure that you have the tool set to No Restriction though. If you have it set to a specific size or ratio, it won't work. HTH

BarbaraC1977
Also, the crop tool will tend to snap to objects, unless you've turned off snap, and it also . For small nudges, go to a high magnification and then adjust the crop edge handle. In PSCS4, the default is to adjust in increments of 8 pixels, I think. That's "screen" pixels, so to get more precision, you need to be at higher magnification. You'll find that super-high magnification helps for precision adjustments.
