Okay ladies, I know we still have a week left for the last shred round, but we all get busy, so I wanted to get the sign ups started. I am really excited about this next round, I hope it can keep me on track during the Thanksgiving holidays!

Start signing up and I'll get the chart going.

The rules as quoted from Brandy:
"You must exercise each day of the 30 challenge (6 Days per week- we are taking Sunday off this round) for at least 20 minutes. Angie and I are following The original Biggest Loser DVD, but feel free to use any you have on hand; Jillian's 30 Day Shred, Chalean Extreme or you can do any exercise you like, DVD, walk, bike ride, swim or gym.
You must check in to the check in thread each day to get checked off and your progress charted.
If you miss a day you can make it up on Sunday, you just have to let Cheri know you did it so she can make sure your chart is correct.
Feel free to moan and groan..we all do..LOL

PS..it is a good idea to weigh and measure yourself before you start so you can see your own progress. There is no need to share this with the group, it's just for your own benefit. It is always encouraging to see progress."

I'm in! I averaged 4 workouts a week during the Oct/Nov Shred. I'm hoping to increase that to an average of 5 workouts per week with the next round!! :)

Go ahead and count me in. Without the chart, I probably wouldn't exercise at all. Especially with the colder weather & holidays approaching.

That's what I hated most about working full time. Compound that with no windows - employers should pay for UV lights in the winter;) (It would prevent/treat a lot of seasonal depression and probably increase productivity enough to offset the cost, lol)

Well, I am such an early bird and if I don't get my bike ride in by 5:30 am I feel like my day hasn't started properly - plus it just gives me the little kick in the tush I need to get moving for the day - I need that little bit of bike riding motivation just to jump start my day sometimes.

I do have a small window near my desk. Which helps a little. Except it just reminds me of all the daylight I'm wasting when I could be outside walking (in nice weather), sleeping (during rainy days), or playing in the snow (during winter). ;)
