It didn't feel too horrible while I was doing the exercises (except on those final chest flies) - but now my arms & legs feel like jello

Cheri - I know what you mean. Plyo is supposed to be a tuesday exercise! It feels even stranger to do yoga twice in one week and not even on a thursday!
Tiza, I watched my mom's workout this morning and I see what you are going through. Jello legs sounds about right!

Those chest flies were the worst!! And I was only using 5lb weights today. But my arms were shaking by the 9th rep. I think I quit on the 11th. And then those pushups almost killed me.
I have a feeling that taiko will be rough on Sunday after all this

Maybe you could just get your neighbor interested in Taiko, Tiza and then you wouldn't have to worry about "quiet hour"? Hey, it's worth a try!

I'm done for Thursday. Got up, put the turkey in the oven, and did 90 minutes of Yoga while everyone slept in.

Wow, Conda! Two sizes down! I'm working to get back into my size 10 jeans....
Didn't get up early, stayed in bed and read a few chapters in Glass Castle. Then did 52 minutes of CE Burn Intervals before stuffing and putting the turkey in the roaster. Afterwards I enjoyed watching hubby making pumpkin pie (with homemade crust)!
