Way to go Belle!! You go girl!
Good job Sara...just think, you are already done for the day!!
Today is my ChaLEAN Extreme (CE) off day...so I did a 30 minute Turbo Jam, fat blaster. As much as I don't want to like the videos, and working out, and Chalene...she kinda makes it hard not to like her and the work outs... *grin*
Mark Monday DONE!!
Let's do it ladies!! Let's start STRONG!!

Conda, I have to giggle at your attitude - you want to be grumpy about exercise, but perky sweet Chalene prevents you
I find it hard to be grumpy with Tony too, although he's not as perky as Chalene, he's funny. Even when he doesn't mean to be...in the ab video he's up instructing, then before the next exercise he says, "I'm on my butt" then starts the 54321 countdown to the next exercise. In our house we say "bottom" - NEVER butt. Just doesn't have the same ring as a child's insult;) So what does my 2-year old latch on to from sitting in the room with me when I exercise? BUTT of course! He said it and giggled, apparently figuring out quite quickly that it has "potential" as something to say really loudly when your parents least expect it. teehee

I'm in on this round!
This school year has been a tough one-I have a very challenging caseload of kiddos. To make a long story short, I was pretty overwhelmed for a while, and my professional life negatively affected my personal life. But I got it all together, and it's time to get back to taking care of me.
So now I'm going to direct my mantra for the past few months to the shred........WILL IT TO HAPPEN.
Goodnight, I have a hot date with my P90X at 4:30am.
Yay, another P90X'er!!! Hi Julie!
So funny you guys mention that "hots for Tony" thing. I kind of do mildly have a crush on Tony, probably because he's so funny and well, he does look good!! My last BF caught on to that rather quickly and whenever I said I was going to do my P90X he'd make a little comment about challenging Tony to a duel or something like that.. it was so funny!
Tiza, I hope your knee heals up quickly! Maybe today it is all better.
I can't believe some of you are working out so early in the morning!!!! I am in awe. I'm either doing Legs & Back today or Yoga, I haven't decided.

The knee is feeling mostly back to normal today. A little muscle soreness behind the knee and a little in the ankle of the same leg. I was wearing cute flat-soled boots with very little support yesterday - not the best for all the standing/walking I did, or for running across busy streets. So I have nobody to blame but myself.
Today I mostly have the normal taiko aches & pains in my arms & legs. Nothing that will prevent me from exercising tonight...which will hopefully be Day #1 with ChaLEAN. We'll see if there is a box on my doorstep when I get home!

I am happy to hear that! I always historically had a hard time listening to my body when it is telling me it is injured and to rest, which inevitably ends up with me having to take a much longer time off than would have been necessary had I just rested a few days. Now I've learned, it has taken me a few injuries and several years.
I hope your package is there today!!!

45 minutes of Zumba at home. Not as much sweat as at the gym, but still a good work out! (Gym is We, I always look forward to it)

I got my 20 minutes of exercise in today...unfort I had to do it in 2 10 minute sessions because of a back injury. I'm just not strong enough yet to go that full 20 but I am confident I will be soon! I also plan on doing some strength training later tonight. Congrats to all of us who got our exercise in today!

Sheri, if I don't do mine first thing in the morning, it won't get done! I know myself too well - I have to do my exercises before I get dressed for the day - it's pretty much a habit now - coffee, check the mb, ride the bike.......check the mb, post my exercise, read the paper, get dressed - boring, huh? LOL LOL

I got my Chest and Back DVD in today. My "hot date" was during my 2 year old's naptime:) I admire anyone who can do their workout first thing in the am. My body does NOT like that and rebels! Naptime is perfect for my exercise time:)

The downstairs neighbor banged loudly on his ceiling this evening as I was practicing taiko. He's just going to love when I am dropping my weights.

So, Tuesday Nov 22 - 20 minutes on treadmill going uphill and pretty fast. I have started listening to a book and I promised myself to ONLY listen when I'm on the treadmill. So if I want to ever finish I must walk.
Going to treat myself to a facial and pedi now. Have a great day everyone.

I got my 20+ minutes in today, as well as 6 (I think) trips up and down the stairs. Using crutches less and less every day.

25 minutes on the bike and instead of counting the steps, i did 15 minutes of running up and down the basement stairs. That's a killer for my ankle, but great for other "spots"!
