Lately my scale has been moving in the wrong direction and I want to get back on track. I do WW on-line and I want to get motivated again. With the Holidays upon us I really don't want the scale to keep going up. So, if there is anyone else out there who is interested just reply to this thread. No pressure, just support.
Today is my day to weigh in so Next Monday I will be posting my weekly success. I may even try and share a recipe each week. Here is a link to the WW veggie soup, a recipe card I made ages ago. I'm not really a veggie soup kind of girl, but I love this one. It used to be zero points but I haven't calculated it under the new plan. I'll try and get back here to post the points under the new plan. I like to think it is still zero points but it is probably not a now so I guess although I'm sure it's still a low point option.

Hi Brenda, I'm in the same boat as you. I am a lifetime WW member but if I showed up there to weigh today, I'd have to pay - LOL. Not pleased at how the pounds have crept back on, and my back is compliaining too. So I'm with you. I just signed up for myfitnesspal.com to start tracking again but I might start going back to WW mtgs too. I too would appreciate the encouragement & support of another "watcher"! Sunday is my weigh-in day (at home). Oh and thanks for posting this soup recipe. I have made and loved that in the past. I can even get DH to eat it with a bit of pasta or rice thrown in.

I used to be a member of WW. I stopped and have been putting on weight. I really must join again. I am going to check out myfitnesspal.com and the soup recipe. Maybe we can encourage each other.

Good luck Belle. I did well yesterday and even went for a walk. I always do better when I add in exercise. So, here's to another good WW day.

I love myfitnesspal.com. I use it on my iPhone and I have several of my friends I'm following with. I did WW online and did not like the discussion threads there. Some people were nice and helpful, but there was a lot of unfriendly comments and some really bad advice too. And it didn't really work for me. But using myfitnesspal.com has been helpful. If you want to friend me there I'm SandiDoc. Send a request.

Today I went on my bike to nowhere and did 20 min on the treadmill. I am serious about the weightloss this time. I can't just let myself go like this. I lost 26 kg's and then just stopped. I have put a lot on again. I am so mad at myself. I am busy downloading the myfitnesspal.com. for my IPhone at the moment. Once I get going Sandi, I will go look for you. Have a great day.

Thanks for this info Sandi! I did WW online a couple of years ago and had trouble sticking with the points system - I was always hungry! I'll go check on myfitnesspal.com to see if it might be do-able for me. I certainly need something to help me lose some of these pounds lol. :)

I'm glad to encourage and be encouraged.

I joined WWOnline at the beginning of April. I've lost 17 lbs, but am stalled, and need to go at least that much further.

I DO feel better for losing the weight. I managed to get through Thanksgiving without gaining (hooray!), but need to stay on program as much as possible. I get tired of tracking, and I suspect that's what is needed for me.

Gayle, you gave me the perfect opening. What exactly is "30 day shred"? Other than understanding it's about weight loss, I don't understand the term or the program. Thanks in advance to all of you providing insight.

I as well am a weightwatcher. Have been for more than 35 years. I get to my goal and then think I can do it on my own but I always end up going back up the scales. As I get older it is much harder to keep it off and right now I am 15# over my goal.
I am trying online as it is hard for me to make the meetings, but I'm not sure I can hold myself accountable with going to the meetings. Maybe this site will help.
