I wanted to get all my holiday projects out of the way on a system that I'm comfortable with. It's my understanding that you will have to manually move all your products...brushes, styles, actions. So you might want to hang on to the 9 so you don't lose any of them until you're sure you have them all installed, or backed up somewhere else.
