I thought it was so cute.
Santa Claus Brownie Hats.:To assemble, pipe a ring of vanilla buttercream on top of each brownie. Cut off the base of a strawberry so it is flat and place it upside down on each brownie, pushing slightly to secure in place. Top the tip of the strawberry with a dot of buttercream to finish.Santa Claus Hats

Those look so fun! I would just make the brownies in a mini muffin tin - or I think you can buy that size at Costco already made. :) Finding good strawberries will be the hard part at this time of year. (Well, probably not for Belle ;))

Yes plenty strawberries around here now. I didn't think of this when I posted it.

You could probably use whipped cream for the frosting.
You're right, April - the Costco brownie bites would be ideal - maybe upside down.
Now, for a Northern Hemisphere substitute for strawberries...maschino cherries are probably too small?
