I did Yoga last night before bed on the PS3 using the fit in 6 program. Did it for 1 hour. Was so relaxed and tired went straight to bed. Think I will do it again tonight. It relaxes me so much. But my legs get so wobbly!! LOL

Wednesday is done! Burn it off and Recharge. I got my days messed up...today is supposed to be the rest day which I took yesterday and walked. Back on track now...you would think in my 3rd month I would remember the schedule! :hit-head-with-hammer: OH WAIT...I think my brain thought my body needed a rest day since I was so spent after Monday's work out...LOLOL It's all good!

Wed done. So I started using the actual modes on the treadmill instead of just walking it. Today was a killer. I only did 30 min and it rotated between a 2 and 8 incline and 2.4 and 4 speed (at one time doing a 4 at an 8 incline) I went a shorter distance then I would of just walking, but man I tell you it was a workout. I was sweating and my heart was pumping. Again pushing out of that comfort zone and going to the next level.

Burn Circuit 2 is also done

Wednesdays are not good when I work. Stopped at grocery to refill basics in case the snow is for real for the next two days. Then unloaded that and put away. Now off to youth group and worship team practice. Sounds like a workout, but it isn't.

Wednesday, Jan. 11 - 35 minute walk on the treadmill.

Angie, mine has programs that do that too. I tried the easiest one when we first bought the treadmill (ages ago) and it was too much for me. I don't think I'm ready for them yet.

WhOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOsh - that was me blowing away in the wind here. I want more snow and less wind!
X2 Core done for Wednesday. I figured out another reason the med ball pushups are so hard - I'm trying to go LOW:) I opted not to go too low today; my triceps are killing me (in a good way, really) :)

Good news - the pin is out of my toe and I'm cleared for the exercise bike! (nothing fancy, just pedal with no to very light resistance)

So I did a light 1/2 hour. Feels good! So does my toe without the pin. Yay!

Yay, Gayle! A pinless toe is priceless!!!

Ugh! No workout for me today.....was planning a double workout at Taekwondo, but had to take Derek to the doctor after school. Then I spent the rest of the evening waiting on prescriptions and trying to get some paperwork done for school tomorrow. Oh well, that's why there's Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!!!! Bawk!!!

LOL!! The med ball pushups are had because they just are HARD!!! What is really hard to me is the one leg med ball burpees at the end, holy cow!!!!

I got my signed P90X2 yesterday but guess what, I got the wrong one!! They sent me another winner's P90X2. It said "Jake! BRING IT! Tony Horton" So today I go to my coach's house for a meeting and he has mine!!! (My coach was another 1st place winner of the contest) So I got my signed P90X2. LOL!!! And my poor coach has nothing for now. The T-shirt and the poster are Joanne's but she is not around so I am pretending they are all mine for now. ;)

Tiza, awesome! I actually know what you are talking about because I watched one of her workouts and I know they have modifier people so you are doing awesome!!

I really ran short of time with all the stuff I had to do today so only did a short 20-minute HIIT

Thursday done! I did 40 min. of Rockin Body--Mark, Move & Groove and Party Express. It was fun, but didn't seem as strenuous as Chalene's Burn Intervals. It will fit the bill for some extra cardio that is fun though.
