Friday is done. ChaLEAN rest day so I did extreme abs and recharge...abs are feeling it tonight!!

We had frozen pipes this morning...but all is resolved now. I've got to catch up on the mb, then a HOT shower is in order. I need a good mindless book for the evening....

Oh, I haven't checked in for a while. I don't remember what I did on Wednesday- yesterday I did a bunch of cleaning and my bodybugg tells me it was better than a workout. I'll get in some time with Chalean when I finish this all-day pantry clean out project.

I had another day of mandatory training today--Social and Emotional Learning. Very interesting and useful, but my brain is so full!! I went for a nice walk during my lunch break--just needed to process ideas, and a workout in too!

I have a feeling I won't be excercising tommorrow either. It's now 9PM on Friday and my hips are starting to hurt!! What the heck!! I think Sara your right a few days of rest. I'm slowly stretching my neck so it won't stiffin worse but I'm worried about after I sleep!! Oh well only time can tell.

Saturday is done. CE LC2.

So, yesterday while I was working out, it was kind of crazy around here (frozen water pipes etc). I was doing Recharge which is stretching/yoga. I was using my new yoga mat, which I love! It's so helpful because I have hardwood floors. I had to stop to answer the phone and when I came back to my mat, this is what I saw:

Now today I was doing push ups and the silly dog (who is an 80 pound golden retriever who lives outside but thinks he should be an indoor dog) runs in and spots the mat, WHICH I AM ON in push up position and he runs in under me. There will be no picture posted of that!!! Crazy dog...

I enjoy Rockin Body. Not something I would do every day, but it's nice to have in my rotation when I want to do something fun but still get a good cardio workout. And Shaun T isn't bad to look at either, which makes it even more enjoyable. ;)

OK cool..I think I may have to get that.

Conda that 19.95 is a continued membership with Beachbody (I think). Seems like that is what it was when I read it. It was for US residents only though. I think I look for it on Amazon or Ebay without the membership. Is that right Theresa?

Burn circuit 2 today. I haven't really been working out, but been busy, busy busy with unpacking so am getting functional workouts, just not so intense, but for longer periods of time. Still have tons of boxes to unpack, but am making progress everyday. And got a little beach walking in today and doing stretches everyday. My flexibility has really diminished over the last couple of years so this is an area that needs extra attention.

Hi Sandi! I am glad to see you, I was wondering where you were. I know what you mean about the unpacking...we just put everything we didn't need into storage unit when we moved in September, but I need to start going through it soon.

Yikes! Only 10 days left?? I have not done well on this round. Work has been really busy, it's been cold and raining, and we had company one night. Although I feel like I've been running around, it doesn't count as a work out. :hit-head-with-hammer:

Thursday my daughter and I walked 40 minutes, but I have truly missed Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I will strive for at least one make up tomorrow.

Tiza - OH MY GOODNESS is Shaun T nice to look at. He is the only reason I enjoy doing Insanity so much!!! If it wasn't for him telling *me* to "GOOOO!" "Push through!" etc I am not sure it would be fun at all. :)

Brandy - No, you can order anything without a membership, it is just cheaper with a Club membership or as a coach. I will pm you!

I can not remember if I posted yesterday but I'm been killing my workouts!!
Thursday - X2 Total Body & Ab Ripper X2 (I think I posted that already)
Friday - X2 Yoga
Saturday - 2 workouts since I had Fit Club this morning! TurboFire HIIT 20 and Insanity Abs and then I came home and did my P90X2 workout after lunch. Balance & Power. I also made a video with me doing some of the moves so I will post it when it finishes uploading in case anyone is curious. :)

25 minute on the exercise bike today (Sat). I split it into 2 times to see if that would be better for my foot, and I think it was.

Conda, DJ used to do that all the time when I was doing pushups. DH says lots of dogs do it.

Mark me done for Saturday. DH dug out our cross-country skis and we went out on our hilly property for an hour. When we came back in we all settled down to a movie so I didn't get logged in then. I thought I'd feel it in my muscles more than I do so that means I am in not-to-bad shape! We may try to go out again today--depends on how warm it gets and what it does to our trails. Tomorrow we're going to get rain and temps in the 40's, so good-bye snow.
