I know my chart is full of holes, but today I did alot of walking - not very fast, but I probably walked a mile - just thought I'd check in even though what I did wasn't much. Still very, very sore and just trying to work out the kinks.

I know I am not officially part of this 30 day round but until the 6th I'll be tagging along to keep myself accountable. LOL

Just got back from walking the kids home from school = 2 mi round trip in about 40-45 min. Some of it is uphill & the kids walk a bit slower than I do so coming home takes a little longer than getting there does. LOL

Nice weather, hope that means I can knock out most of the individual photos at soccer practice today! Praying my camera will cooperate - it's been tempermental more & more lately... I think the end is near :monstercry:

Those are a difficult 10 minutes!! And Chalene says we can do that routine often because the abs recover so quickly. Sure doesn't feel like it....

P90X has you doing the Ab Ripper 3 times per week. Tony says they are like any other muscle; don't work them every day. Every-other day would be fine, if you really want to kill yourself;)
I like Tony's quote in Ab Ripper, "I hate it - but I love it."

SOmetimes we keep posting in the old thread until the new chart begins, other times we move over right away when the chart ends. I try to subscribe to both so I know when people shift over:)

I'm glad you and Tiza both agree with me!! Seriously, in the beginning it was no big deal...but then I really couldn't do part of it. Need to be more faithful about ab workouts!

I only got in about 20 min of street fighting (ok, the game is fighters uncaged). It's a kinect game Bryan rented about a week ago for the kids. I have been watching them "play" until they are drenched & so tired they have to trade out! I decided to try it today & it's harder than I expected. Felt like some fast paced Kenpo. I am looking forward to doing a longer bout tomorrow... unless I go with Zumba instead. :)

As if I needed another workout to add to my library - I saw an ad for Beachbody's new Les Mills PUMP. Looks interesting! Only wish there was a dvd only option because the price is a little steep & I already have a barbell & weights. I really don't need another one hogging room in my crowded gym room!

No workout yet, had to grocery shop (which is exhausting in & of itself). Plan on doing some weights & zumba or fighters uncaged in a bit.
