Sinus headache foiled my workout plans yesterday. This morning I awoke with the same headache but it's starting to fade so I am hoping to get a workout in tonight.

Sunday was taiko day. I went to the main group's practice in the morning, and did 120 jumping jacks with them. At our community group practice, we skipped the jumping jacks, but did ALL of the other cardio warmups. And lots of drumming of course. My muscles are really sore today.

I'm not sure when or how, but I tweaked or strained something in my back yesterday. Lower back, right side, just above my hip. Twinge of pain when I sit, stand, or walk. I'm hoping that it loosens up as the day goes on.

Tonight is Burn Circuit 2.

I am done for Monday 1 hr of Zumba.

I've been so slacking and haven't had any motivation. Today I am getting back on track. Diet and exercise..I WILL DO IT! I think if I can see some weight loss in a few days that will help with my motivation. For now I am just doing what I know works and trying not to think too hard about it.

Yes, and for some reason I could sort of do it the first 2 weeks, but last week it was a total no-go. I forgot how, lol! I wonder if I'll remember this week? You know how you get a choice of how many weeks to do phase 1? I'm thinking 4 is good - so this is my last week of phase 1!

I have type two diabetes and have lost 30 pounds with lots more to go. I think this would help me get going on the exercise component! Count me in.
