Can You Extract Graphics From Pdf Files?

I ran across a couple of old CDs from The vintage Workshop and they are all in pdf format. I can't seem to drag them out on my Mac, or copy/paste them. I am guessing it can't be done. But with all the smart people here, I thought I would throw it out there.

I don't know what software you are using, but you can open PDFs in Photoshop and get the image from there.

My sister sometimes sends me photos in PDF's and I take them into Photoshop to get the photos. I can scrap with them just fine.

I feel really stupid. Never thought about opening a PDF in Photoshop. It works fine. Thank you so much!!!
