January 2012 Layout Gallery Contest Setting Goals

With the beginning of a new year, many people set aside some time to set goals. It might be an exercise plan or establishing better eating habits. It might be getting your life more organized. Or maybe you set goals for your digital scrapbooking output for the year. Post your layouts in the January Monthly Layout Gallery before Midnight MST on January 31st. Be sure to list your layout's product credits in the description or under the EXIF Properties. Two layouts will be selected to win a $10 Gift Certificate to the Scrap Girls Boutique!

What a fantastic theme! I spent a few hours today setting goals in my journal, so it'll be fun to transfer some of them to a digital layout. Great idea! :)

Since the deadline is the 31st I think I can do this one - I certainly have some heavy duty goals set for myself this year. Almost afraid to put them on paper though - that means committment! :disappearing-smilie: :disappearing-smilie:

I'm with Sara - putting things to paper is so permanent - I shy away from writing a journal because of that. I know, a phobia there somewhere. I vow to do this - make some goals and commit to them.

This sounds a good challenge but I deliberately have not really set specific goals as I know I usually fail so I may even just scrap about that.

Ann-Marie - and others - I'm totally with you about setting goals. I'm not good at doing it because I often fail also. I love the idea of scrapping about WHY we don't want to set goals! Brilliant idea.
